Exciting New Projects on the Horizon + New Music from Bowling for Soup and Disney!
Hey everyone, Christian here from Drum Arsenal Productions! It’s been an incredibly busy and exciting time in the studio lately. We’ve had a lot of remote drum tracking, mixing, and mastering projects keeping us on our toes. It’s always amazing to be working with so many talented artists, and we’ve got some awesome new music coming your way soon with September, October, and November 2024 release dates on the calendar.
Right now, there are projects in the works with some fantastic acts like Eleven Hundred Springs, Paul Wintyrs, and Arcane Rodeo. I’ve been fortunate enough to get to play drums, mix, and master for these artists. They each bring their own unique sound, and it’s been a blast collaborating with them to help bring their musical visions to life.
One project I’m particularly excited about is my recent contribution to Disney’s brand-new album, A Whole New Sound. I had the opportunity to engineer the drums on track 12, Friend Like Me, which features none other than pop-punk legends Bowling for Soup. It was such a fun experience to be part of something so iconic, and working with Bowling for Soup on this classic Disney track was an absolute blast. The energy they brought to the song is infectious, and I’m really proud of how it turned out. Gary Wiseman is a legendary drummer and he sounds incredible on this track. The album has song after song of reimagined Disney classics and features bands like New Found Glory, Yellowcard, Plain White Ts, We The Kings, and Bowling for Soup.
